Team Lead Software Development (all genders)
Location: Belgrade
As a Team Lead Software Development (all genders), you will build up teams of DevOps engineers and Fullstack developers to work on new and sophisticated digital products, challenging projects and service platforms for global leading companies in Automotive, Retail, Finance, Energy and opportunity markets.
What awaits you
- Establish expert teams for the successful realization and improvement of our software projects, focusing on both frontend and backend development while enhancing the DevOps landscape through current technologies and the introduction of new ones.
- Take responsibility for the thematic and strategic direction of your team as well as for continuous team and personnel development.
- Take an active part in projects - together with your team, you support our customers in the implementation of IT projects.
- Interact with other Exxeta departments to develop innovative, customer- and user-centric solutions.
- Link strategy and business - prepare proposals and estimates for consulting projects to promote further growth.
What we expect from you
- Personal background: You have successfully finished your studies within IT or a comparable education.
- Leadership: You have at least 4 years of experience as team lead in software development. You have experience in disciplinary leadership, coaching and motivating employees and posess very good communication skills.
- Expertise: To be successful in this position, you should be expert in Java (SpringBoot, Quarkus), but also have strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, as well as another backend technologies like Node.js, .NET, or Python. You should also have proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), along with experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mindset: You have a drive for organizational development, a strong service mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Let’s talk: You are highly proficient in both written and spoken English (at least C1 level) - excellent, as you'll fit right in at Exxeta.
