Exxeta is now in Serbia and we want you to become part of our growing Heartbeat Team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (all genders) to join our team.

 

What awaits you

  • Ensuring and implementing a professional candidate experience: Checking application documents, conducting interviews, managing the interview process, contract management and maintaining engagement with candidates throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc.
  • Confident handling of Application Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting KPIs. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, providing support to help them integrate smoothly into the team and company culture.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives. 
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees throughout their journey with Exxeta DOO, ensuring ongoing support and guidance.

What we expect from you

  • Personal Background: Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field. Alternatively, a comparable professional qualification with relevant recruiting experience.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Several years of professional experience in Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition, ideally within a tech or consulting enviroment.
  • Specialized Know-How: Proven experience in end-to-end Recruiting for IT roles and strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. 
  • Active Sourcing: Strong experience in Active Sourcing (Linkedin, job postings, events). 
  • Consulting: Experience in advising hiring managers and managing selection processes. 
  • Teaming: Together we are strong, together we are unstoppable! As a team player with a high level of service orientation in a hybrid working environment, you will fit in very well.
  • Working Style: Independent, structured working style with a high level of ownership. 
  • Let’s talk: Very good knowledge of English (Level B2). Good knowledge of German is an advantage, as Exxeta DOO mainly supports German projects of Exxeta AG in Germany.
