What awaits you
- Manage and enroll company devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux) using Microsoft Intune, including physical setup and configuration of Windows, Mac, and Linux workstations.
- Configure and monitor device compliance policies to ensure company security standards are met and take action on non-compliant devices.
- Manage applications across user devices, including deployment, updates, removals, and app protection policies to safeguard corporate data.
- Support secure access to company resources using Conditional Access and monitor device health, compliance, and application deployment through Intune reporting tools.
- Prepare devices and accounts for new joiners, support employees during onboarding, and provide 1st and 2nd level technical support when needed.
- Maintain documentation for device management processes and contribute to improvements in internal IT workflows and procedures while collaborating with the team to ensure a reliable IT environment.
What we expect from you
- Personal Background: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training. You bring relevant practical experience working as a system administrator, especially in user support across 1st and 2nd level.
- Tech Know-how: You have hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft 365 administration. Familiarity with Linux client systems and mobile device management is an advantage. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and PowerShell scripting is beneficial.
- Technical Understanding: You have a good understanding of networking basics, identity management, and fundamental cybersecurity principles.
- Quality Mindset: You approach tasks with a service and solution oriented attitude. You work reliably, take responsibility, and maintain a high standard of quality when supporting users and managing devices.
- Professional Skills: You communicate clearly, work transparently, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills when supporting employee devices and systems.
- Let's Talk: You have good written and spoken English skills. Basic German is an advantage.
